Director de Programas II, Contabilidad – Modalidad Distancia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Lead the academic and operational management of the program.

• Ensure proper planning, execution, and evaluation of activities and teaching performance.

• Direct and coordinate the academic and curricular planning of the program.

• Plan and manage teams, resources, events, and recruitment.

• Supervise and handle enrollment processes, validations, and administrative procedures.

• Manage the assignment and evaluate the performance of faculty members.

• Foster relationships with alumni and the external sector.

• Oversee the implementation of syllabi, work guides, and the administration of learning assessments, among others.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, licensed in the professional field of Accounting and Finance.

• Master's degree (Registered with Sunedu).

• A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the university level.

• At least 2 years of experience managing professional programs.

• Knowledge in resource management, team leadership, and educational environments.

• Familiarity with academic management, planning and curricular development, quality assurance, accreditation processes, and institutional evaluation, along with an understanding of the academic environment of the program.
