This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete delivery process of analytics and data management projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, quality, and budgetary constraints.
• Implement and uphold best practices for delivery, governance models, and execution frameworks across various programs.
• Manage intricate, multi-workstream programs and projects that encompass data engineering, data platforms, and analytics solutions.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; facilitate structured problem-solving and develop mitigation strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and realization of value.
• Lead executive-level reviews, steering committee meetings, and discussions regarding roadmaps.
• Harmonize client expectations with internal capabilities to guarantee sustainable delivery.
• Build, oversee, and expand large, globally distributed teams across different geographical locations.
• Cultivate a culture of collaboration, ownership, continuous improvement, and high team satisfaction.
• Mentor delivery managers, technical leads, and high-potential talent; aid in career development and succession planning.
• Provide leadership in delivery for solutions that involve Data Management & Data Engineering, cloud-based analytics platforms, and modern data stacks including Data warehousing.
• Promote organic growth within existing accounts by pinpointing white-space opportunities and unmet client needs.
• 10-12 years of experience in delivery, program, or project management within the analytics, data management, or data engineering sectors.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, global, cross-functional teams.
• In-depth understanding of data management and data engineering ecosystems.
• Strong experience with AWS or other cloud data ecosystems (such as Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, GCP).
• Practical knowledge of SQL & Python.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach.
• Experience with data clean room solutions, consent platforms, DataOps exposure (including data observability, data quality frameworks, lineage, incident management, and SLO/SLA governance), software/application development delivery (frontend, backend, API management, and design/UX collaboration), and SDLC practices (CI/CD).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including a strong executive presence.
• Proven success in account mining, organic business development, and fostering revenue growth.
• Capability to balance strategic project management with a technical understanding.
• Experience collaborating with Fortune 500 or global enterprise clients.
• Passion for sports, fan engagement, or direct-to-consumer business models.
