Director, Data Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for all issues related to data integration and migration.

• Evaluate current integration points and collaborate with partners to enhance them for optimal data capture and integrity while minimizing hygiene gaps.

• Identify potential opportunities and evaluate requests for new integrations, working alongside the Data Operations and Project Management teams to ensure each request aligns with the CRM architecture and established business processes.

• Gather stakeholders to negotiate and implement the most favorable outcomes.

• Assist with database conversion and migration initiatives by taking the lead on Data Mapping, managing migration documents, and ensuring that business decisions are communicated to all stakeholders.

• Aid the continuous migration of data from sources lacking an integrated data flow by keeping a calendar of tasks related to recurring flat file imports and executing those imports as necessary.

• Work with the Data Operations team to assist with data integrity and hygiene projects as required.

• Oversee the Covenant House library of import templates within the CRM.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in building and maintaining API connections.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience with non-profit technology stacks that manage donor and donation data.

• At least 1 year of experience in mapping and loading data during database conversion projects.

• Expertise in data investigation, integrity practices, and quality control.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

• Proven capability to manage multiple projects concurrently under stringent deadlines.

• Previous experience with CRMs and project management tools, including Microsoft Teams and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
