This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop and implement the data analytics strategy and roadmap for Veeam’s Corporate Metrics, focusing on ARR, in collaboration with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Establish the vision for metric creation, reporting standards, and analytical capabilities that promote organizational success.
• Manage the complete process of defining, refining, and reporting on key performance indicators—including ARR, CAC, and other SaaS metrics.
• Create, maintain, and enhance sustainable data assets and reporting frameworks to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing team, encouraging a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability.
• Work closely with Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, and Reporting teams to provide business context, translate requirements, and collaboratively design data solutions.
• Act as a key contributor in enterprise projects, such as CRM or Quote-to-Cash platform transformations, advocating for the needs of Corporate Metrics.
• Advocate for data integrity by partnering with Data Governance and Quality teams to enforce robust processes and standards for data accuracy and compliance.
• Function as the primary point of contact for data-driven initiatives, conveying complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Propel process enhancements, change management, and the adoption of new analytics capabilities throughout the organization.
• Over 12 years of experience in data analytics, data product development, or business intelligence, with a substantial background in SaaS or high-growth technology settings.
• More than 5 years of experience in leading and developing data teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and SaaS financial metrics.
• Proficient in CRM and Quote-to-Cash systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Advanced technical capabilities in SQL and experience with data warehousing and managing large datasets.
• Practical experience with business intelligence and analytics tools, especially Tableau.
• Conversational familiarity with data architecture, engineering, and data science principles.
• Proven ability to create and execute reporting strategies and processes for publicly traded companies.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
• Strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
