Director – Cybersecurity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Manage governance across extensive, intricate, or multi-stream consulting projects.

• Ensure that projects are executed with uniformity, high quality, and compliance with established methodologies.

• Offer strategic advice to Senior Managers and Managers throughout the phases of project planning, execution, and delivery.

• Assist in executive-level client communications during critical situations and escalations.

• Act as a trusted advisor, aiding clients in navigating complex technical and business challenges.

• Collaborate with account management teams to enhance long-term client relationships and uncover growth opportunities.

• Promote continuous improvement in delivery processes, standards, and service quality.

• Coach, mentor, and develop Senior Managers, Managers, Senior Consultants, and subject matter experts.

• Cultivate a collaborative, high-performance culture centered on accountability and ongoing learning.

• Identify and nurture future leaders through succession planning and professional development initiatives.

• Encourage knowledge sharing and best practices among consulting teams.

• Contribute to client proposals, RFP responses, and executive presentations.

• Work alongside Business Development teams to position consulting services and differentiate offerings.

• Support strategic account expansion without direct ownership of sales quotas.

• Help shape the evolution of consulting methodologies, delivery frameworks, and service offerings.

• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging risks to enhance client service.

• Represent the organization at conferences, webinars, and industry events as a thought leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in leading complex consulting or professional services engagements.

• Strong background in cybersecurity consulting, digital forensics, incident response, business resilience, or similar advisory services.

• Proven capability to manage executive-level client relationships and influence strategic decisions.

• Experience in leading and mentoring senior consulting teams within fast-paced environments.

• Exceptional skills in communication, stakeholder management, and presentations.

• Strong comprehension of delivery governance, risk management, and operational excellence.

• Ability to balance technical credibility with strategic business leadership.

• Experience in supporting proposals, strategic initiatives, and account growth.
