This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Contribute to the planning, production, and deployment of marketing tactics across various channels.
• Enhance the consistency, efficiency, and impact of commercial delivery.
• Collaborate across functions with Brand Marketers, Content Production teams, Media and Channel Operations teams, and Data & Analytics partners to achieve coordinated, effective, and efficient commercial activation.
• Lead weekly interactions among GCCI channel operations teams to identify insights for optimization and broaden capability utilization for the benefit of the brand.
• Educate and promote the use of new self-service tools and centralized capabilities that empower the brand team to find, reuse, create, and deploy content efficiently as technology advances.
• Share best practices and toolkits specific to channels to enable the Brand team to execute at scale.
• Assist in the development and execution of cross-channel pilots or test-and-learn initiatives related to new formats, customer journeys, and automation.
• Document outcomes, insights, and best practices to enhance content capabilities.
• Collaborate with GCCI BAI and decision science teams to deliver performance tracking and operational dashboards that evaluate execution quality, content usage, and deployment efficiency.
• Serve as a key liaison to enterprise platform owners (e.g., DAM, Veeva, MLR systems) to ensure system alignment and facilitate content flow.
• Doctorate degree with 4 years of experience in marketing, content strategy, and/or engagement operations OR
• Master’s degree with 7 years of experience in marketing, content strategy, and/or engagement operations OR
• Bachelor’s degree with 9 years of experience in marketing, content strategy, and/or engagement operations.
• Over 10 years of experience in content operations, digital marketing, brand execution, or cross-channel engagement.
• Profound understanding of content deployment ecosystems, including CRM platforms, DAMs, and tagging and trafficking workflows.
• Strong skills in project and stakeholder management, along with a history of successful cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in developing and optimizing execution playbooks, templates, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Knowledge of content effectiveness and performance KPIs, such as reuse, time-to-market, and audience engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into actionable detailed implementation plans.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the capacity to monitor execution performance and suggest improvements.
• Exceptional communication abilities—both written and verbal—to influence at various levels.
• Experience collaborating with agencies, operations teams, and brand teams within matrixed environments.
• Comfortable navigating uncertainty and leading change in dynamic marketing landscapes.
• Familiarity with life sciences or regulated industries.
