This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the enterprise facilities management and CMMS environment — encompassing occupier challenges, competitive factors, and changing buyer expectations.
• Regularly evaluate the shortcomings in Corrigo Enterprise’s existing monetization model — including features that are under monetized, customer segments that remain untapped, and potential revenue growth within the current customer base.
• Formulate and oversee a future-focused AI revenue strategy for Corrigo Enterprise — determining which AI functionalities (such as predictive maintenance, autonomous work order triage, intelligent asset recommendations, and generative AI-assisted workflows) present the most promising monetization prospects, and devising a roadmap to achieve them.
• Assess premium tier and packaging approaches that enable Corrigo Enterprise to harness value from AI-driven and advanced analytics features beyond the basic platform.
• Discover integration, marketplace, and ecosystem revenue prospects — utilizing Corrigo Enterprise’s position as a system of record for over $8B in annual transactional expenditure.
• Remain updated on the competitive landscape of CMMS and FM technology to ensure Corrigo Enterprise’s revenue strategy is distinct and sustainable.
• Convert identified opportunities into thorough business cases with clearly defined ROI, market sizing, and financial forecasts.
• Advocate for strategies to senior and executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment and securing funding approvals.
• Forge and sustain robust cross-functional relationships with Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Corrigo Enterprise Business Operations.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and JLL’s AI/data science teams to define the AI feature roadmap for Corrigo Enterprise — ensuring AI development aligns with monetizable customer outcomes, rather than merely technical achievements.
• Establish go-to-market strategies for AI-driven features — covering pricing, packaging, positioning, and the sales enablement necessary to promote adoption among Corrigo Enterprise’s extensive existing customer base.
• Design upsell and expansion initiatives aimed at existing Corrigo Enterprise customers with AI-enhanced functionalities — enhancing net revenue retention and ARR growth without the need for acquiring new logos.
• Assess partnership and data licensing opportunities facilitated by Corrigo Enterprise’s unmatched dataset of facilities operations, work order history, and asset performance data.
• Oversee the complete execution of approved strategies — from concept to launch — maintaining accountability for timelines, milestones, and financial objectives.
• Advocate for and direct Product Management teams where product modifications or new features are necessary to support growth strategies.
• Develop the business processes, operating models, and documentation essential for executing programs in a repeatable, scalable manner.
• Transition mature programs to the relevant operational teams, ensuring quality and continuity while shifting focus to the next growth initiative.
• Engage directly with Corrigo Enterprise customers for discovery, validation, and feedback — ensuring strategies are anchored in genuine customer insights and willingness to pay.
• Act as an internal subject matter expert on the enterprise buyer segment, representing the voice of the customer in cross-functional discussions.
• Collaborate with Sales to comprehend deal dynamics, objection trends, and competitive setbacks — leveraging market intelligence to refine pricing and packaging strategies.
• Over 7 years of experience in revenue strategy, business development, product commercialization, or P&L management — preferably within a B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or platform business.
• Proven history of not only developing strategies but also executing them personally from business case to a fully operational program.
• Experience in or a strong understanding of the facilities management, CMMS, or enterprise asset management sectors — with an appreciation for the operational intricacies of large enterprise FM clients.
• Strong financial expertise — capability to build business cases, model revenue scenarios, and communicate credibly with financial stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to define and implement AI-driven or data-driven revenue strategies — including pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies for advanced technological features.
• Proven capacity to influence without direct reporting relationships — fostering cross-functional alignment and securing executive commitment.
• Outstanding communication skills; comfort in presenting to C-level and senior executive audiences.
• Highly self-motivated; ability to function effectively as an individual contributor in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
