This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the preparation, validation, and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for the board.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to produce clear, concise, and actionable financial narratives.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all reported financials, KPIs, forecasts, and supporting analyses.
• Conduct variance analysis for key components of the P&L and articulate operational and financial performance drivers to senior leadership.
• Work alongside the Accounting team to enhance and streamline intercompany reconciliation and consolidation processes across three distinct business lines.
• Support the integrity and alignment of financial reporting across various entities and systems.
• Spearhead process enhancements related to monthly close coordination, reporting timelines, and consistency in financial data.
• Create scalable reporting frameworks and controls to bolster confidence in consolidated results.
• Assist with finance integration initiatives related to acquisitions, including alignment of reporting, harmonization of systems/processes, standardization of KPIs, and organizational coordination.
• Aid in establishing integrated forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes for individual entities.
• Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and fortify reporting and planning processes.
• Enhance finance operational cadence, reporting accuracy, and organizational accountability.
• Lead initiatives to modernize FP&A systems, focusing on construction, implementation, and integration with existing enterprise infrastructure.
• Contribute to establishing scalable FP&A best practices suitable for a growing multi-entity SaaS, marketplace, and payments businesses.
• 7–10+ years of experience in FP&A or finance operations, with a minimum of 3+ years at a Senior Manager level or above.
• Experience in a high-growth environment, specifically with $250M revenue + SaaS + marketplace or SaaS + payments businesses is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of ownership in board reporting and executive-level financial presentations.
• Experience in supporting acquisition integration and/or managing multi-entity financial operations.
• Background in managing processes and analyses related to intercompany reporting.
• Demonstrated capability to operate with high accountability and a keen attention to detail.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear insights.
• Proven ability to foster cross-functional alignment and enhance process improvements.
• Familiarity with ERP, FP&A, automation, and reporting systems in scaling environments preferred (e.g., Netsuite, Numeric, Floqast, Snowflake, Metabase, Coefficient).
• Experience in leading the deployment of modern FP&A systems, process automation, and seamless integration with other solutions.
