This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +4 more states.
• Accountable for ensuring adherence to relevant federal and state EHS regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the EHS Managing Director and other executives.
• Aid in the creation and successful execution of corporate EHS policies, programs, and training resources.
• Guarantee that facilities are equipped for corporate and external audits, and lead audit teams as directed.
• Organize procedures and protocols for efficient management of workers' compensation claims.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution in environmental, safety, health, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, including team development and management, is required.
• In-depth understanding of EPA and OSHA regulations, alongside workers’ compensation processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities for creating reports, business correspondence, and procedural documents.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHS database systems like Cority.
