This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with leadership teams from People, Legal, and Finance to create and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies.
• Direct the development and messaging for new People initiatives.
• Oversee long-term planning and content creation for organization-wide Town Halls, Quarterly Business Reviews, and leadership forums.
• Design and execute internal campaigns aimed at enhancing employee participation and engagement in various organizational events, initiatives, and programs.
• Establish and manage systems for collecting feedback and processes for ongoing improvements.
• Monitor and assess internal communication metrics and employee engagement data to guide strategic recommendations.
• A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, English, Journalism, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in corporate communications, with a strong focus on internal communications.
• Demonstrated expertise in content creation and copywriting across various formats, including presentations, scripts, and digital communications.
• Experience collaborating across multiple departments and stakeholders within a corporate setting.
• A robust portfolio of written communication samples that showcase professional writing skills.
