This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Spearhead the implementation of the company’s Lean operating system across manufacturing, distribution, and commercial divisions.
• Create and oversee a Kaizen pipeline that aligns with strategic priorities and value streams.
• Propel enterprise initiatives aimed at enhancing SQDIPC performance.
• Integrate Lean thinking and systematic problem-solving to facilitate long-term cultural change.
• Lead and organize impactful Kaizen events across both operational and transactional processes.
• Detect enhancement opportunities through value stream mapping, Gemba observation, and data analysis.
• Formulate and execute rapid improvement strategies to boost performance.
• Ensure that improvements are standardized, maintained, and scalable.
• Cultivate organizational Lean capabilities through coaching, training, and mentorship.
• Develop Lean champions and continuous improvement practitioners throughout the network.
• Promote a culture of disciplined problem-solving.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Commercial teams to advance initiatives.
• Align Lean initiatives with business strategy and operational goals.
• Work alongside senior leaders to ensure enterprise-wide alignment.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and governance frameworks to monitor progress.
• Drive accountability and ensure the sustainability of improvement initiatives.
• Communicate progress and insights to senior leadership.
• Over 10 years of experience leading Lean transformations in manufacturing or supply chain settings.
• Proven success in implementing TPS/Lean methodologies across multiple site operations.
• Demonstrated influence on SQDIPC performance metrics.
• Experience in facilitating Kaizen events in both operational and transactional areas.
• Strong history of collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Extensive knowledge of Lean/TPS tools and methodologies, including Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, Standard Work, Visual Management, and Flow/Pull Systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
• Lean certification (e.g., Black Belt, Lean Practitioner) is preferred.
