Director, Consultant Relations – Leaves Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Concentrate on enhancing awareness, education, and comprehension of Alight’s Leaves Solutions within the consulting and brokerage sectors.

• Cultivate deeper and wider relationships with prioritized broker firms.

• Collaborate with key Alight stakeholders to shape the go-to-market strategy for Alight’s Leaves Solutions.

• Identify, access, and prioritize significant Broker and Consultant partnerships.

• Establish, develop, and enhance relationships with essential Brokers and Consultants.

• Effectively engage with Brokers and Consultants to gain insights into their leaves management priorities and objectives.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for Brokers and Consultants.

• Maintain a focus on ongoing education regarding Alight’s evolving capabilities and market solutions.

• Support industry conferences and events by representing Alight Leaves Solutions.

• Consistently monitor and report activities and metrics related to progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 10 years of experience in leaves and disability sectors, specifically in sales, distribution via brokers and consultants, and/or consulting in leaves and disability.

• Demonstrated success in relationship building (both internally and externally) and achieving sales targets.

• Highly organized with excellent verbal and non-verbal communication abilities.

• Strong presentation skills, highly adaptable, and strategic thinker.

• Experience in territory-based and/or channel distribution roles.

• Capability to address and resolve complex issues favorably.

• Excels in independent work, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

• Oriented towards partnership and collaboration.

• Expected travel up to 40%.
