This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the strategy for total rewards while managing benefit, compensation, and recognition programs.
• Provide leadership to managers and professional staff.
• Responsible for the performance and outcomes of various teams.
• Formulate departmental plans that align with business, operational, and organizational priorities.
• Decision-making is informed by departmental objectives.
• Guide managers and some individual contributors, being accountable for team performance and results, and contribute to people management and area goals.
• 8-12 years of experience with a background in team management.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or relevant certifications are preferred.
• Demonstrates a deep understanding of the business dynamics within their department or district and integrates effectively within the division.
• Capable of identifying and resolving complex, multidimensional business challenges.
• Manages multiple interconnected teams, sets organizational priorities, and allocates resources to implement departmental business plans.
• Influences both internal and external stakeholders, including senior division executives, vendors, or regulators.
• Requires a thorough understanding of internal standards and industry principles.
