This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage daily operations and services to ensure effective service delivery and superior business performance.
• Lead transitions for providers and partners while overseeing relationships with both new and existing providers and partners.
• Assist in managing a substantial portfolio of partners by working closely with account management teams and partners to comprehend and fulfill program requirements.
• Supervise Array's service delivery to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to synchronize business operations with high-quality patient care.
• Take ownership of the business P&L.
• Assess and implement strategies to boost operational efficiencies, improve business processes, enhance services, and strengthen interdepartmental connections.
• Prepare, oversee, and consistently report on annual budgets for active accounts, detailing revenue, COGS, and expenses.
• Lead departmental people operations, focusing on employee and team development, performance initiatives, coaching, feedback, retention, and team culture.
• Monitor clinician capacity and assess requirements for internal licenses and privileges or external recruitment.
• Collaborate with department heads in sales, recruitment, marketing, medical affairs, quality, compliance, IT, and product management.
• Manage KPIs and oversee dashboards.
• Log assignments in Salesforce for utilization management, adherence to implementation, and overall fulfillment.
• Conduct weekly meetings for staffing, implementation, and operational governance.
• Report directly to the Chief Operations Officer.
• Occasionally travel for annual leadership retreats and team meetings.
• A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of direct experience in healthcare operations, with a minimum of 3 years in leadership positions.
• Experience managing revenue of at least $20M across multi-site operations.
• In-depth knowledge of behavioral health business and industry principles and concepts.
• Preferred experience with CHCs, FQHCs, CMHCs, or in scheduling/staffing.
• Strongly preferred telehealth experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with clinicians, customers, and administrative and operations teams.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing short- and long-term strategic plans.
• Proven capacity for cross-functional leadership and collaboration among departments.
• Strong grasp of financial and operational management principles, including P&L management and balancing costs with high-quality patient care delivery.
• Excellent project management abilities, including planning, executing, and finalizing projects on schedule and within budget.
• Capability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in fast-paced multi-site operations.
• High proficiency in relevant healthcare and administrative software.
