This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee, +2 more states.
• Define vision, strategy, and success metrics.
• Leverage data, customer insights, and market context to identify opportunities that enhance inventory flexibility, sellability, and value.
• Question assumptions and balance immediate and long-term priorities.
• Guide, mentor, and influence teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Revenue Management, Distribution, Digital, Guest Experience, Loyalty, and Operations.
• Steer cross-functional teams through intricate decision-making and cross-domain projects that cover the customer, commercial, and operational journey.
• Spearhead the definition and implementation of strategic inventory capabilities that modernize Hilton's inventory monetization.
• Oversee product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and execution across commercial platforms, revenue growth, and customer experience capabilities.
• Engage in CRS atomization, Inventory Innovation, and the development of new business lines.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Commercial Product.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience, including six (6) years in Product Management.
• Background in hospitality, travel, retail, e-commerce, or another inventory-heavy industry.
• Proven experience in coaching or leading product management teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Experience in product discovery and full delivery across various systems.
• Knowledge in inventory, commerce, marketplace, pricing, distribution, or revenue management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and software development methodologies.
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and/or prototyping software.
