This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement the Commercial innovation strategy in alignment with enterprise priorities.
• Manage the Commercial innovation portfolio, which includes digital products, AI projects, process enhancements, and opportunities in emerging technologies.
• Create frameworks for prioritization, governance models, and stage-gate processes.
• Ensure that initiatives are in line with strategic goals, customer outcomes, and quantifiable business value.
• Develop and sustain the Commercial AI roadmap and innovation pipeline.
• Spot opportunities to enhance guest experiences, productivity, revenue results, and decision-making through AI and automation.
• Advocate for the adoption of innovation within Commercial functions.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering to synchronize business priorities with delivery roadmaps.
• Supervise the development of business cases, ROI analysis, KPI definitions, and value realization reports.
• Confirm that investment decisions are backed by business results and financial justifications.
• Report on portfolio health, risks, and realized benefits to executive leadership.
• Act as the main Commercial contact for Operations, Finance, IT Product Engineering, Analytics, and Enterprise Transformation teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and eliminate barriers to execution.
• Ensure that Commercial demand is processed through a standardized intake and prioritization method.
• Lead and mentor Commercial Innovation Analysts.
• Develop innovation, product ownership, and change management skills within the team.
• Promote a culture of accountability, experimentation, collaboration, and ongoing improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Technology, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in product management, innovation, business transformation, strategy, technology enablement, commercial operations, or related areas.
• More than 5 years of leadership experience, including managing cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Proven experience in developing and executing business cases, prioritization frameworks, and governance models.
• Experience overseeing complex initiatives that necessitate coordination among business, technology, operations, and finance functions.
• Demonstrated success in influencing senior leaders and driving organizational transformations.
• Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to inform decision-making and assess business outcomes.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or an equivalent advanced degree.
• Experience in leading innovation, digital transformation, AI, automation, or product management functions.
• Formal training or certifications in Agile, Product Management, Change Management, Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management.
• Experience in managing enterprise portfolios and capital investment decisions.
• Background in aviation, hospitality, travel, transportation, technology, or other customer-centric industries.
• Familiarity with implementing AI-enabled solutions and emerging technologies at scale.
• Experience in working within matrixed, multi-functional organizations.
