This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee project capabilities and proposal creation by collaborating with the project team to conduct relevant primary and secondary research; pinpoint information gaps.
• Establish structure for ambiguously defined issues, pragmatically outline problem-solving strategies, manage execution, and delegate effectively.
• Coordinate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure timely and appropriate feedback.
• Organize and evaluate deliverables.
• Foster excellent communication within the internal team.
• Incorporate senior feedback in the development of materials and deliverables.
• Document key insights from client and internal discussions, as well as conversations with external stakeholders.
• Conduct primary research interviews and derive insights for team discussions and strategic recommendations.
• Prepare project deliverables for senior review in a timely manner, adhering to the highest quality standards.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors (including industry or life sciences consulting).
• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, interactive, and demanding matrixed client environment while fostering strong and successful business partnerships.
• Increasingly relevant experience is required for Consultant and Senior Consultant roles.
• Depending on the role fit (Senior Analyst, Associate Consultant, Consultant, or Senior Consultant), candidates should possess a progressively broader and deeper understanding of healthcare market dynamics across various therapy areas.
• Strong critical thinking abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare market dynamics in major markets (US, EU5, Japan) along with familiarity with patient, physician, and payer relationships.
• Experience collaborating with commercial leaders in New Product Planning (NPP), marketing, commercial analytics, and/or sales functions.
• Comprehensive understanding of relevant disease backgrounds and product dynamics.
• Candidates may possess emerging areas of specific expertise (content or project type).
• Proven ability to think and plan strategically, identify strategic options and trade-offs, and effectively communicate business impacts and strategic recommendations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
