Director, Commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead and guide a team of commerce specialists, cultivating an environment of collaboration, innovation, and ongoing improvement within a commerce-centric setting.

• Manage and nurture significant client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring alignment with client goals and commerce objectives.

• Incorporate the company’s product and technology offerings into commerce strategies, emphasizing scalability, growth, and operational efficiency.

• Supervise the analysis of intricate commerce data to derive actionable insights, offering strategic recommendations for enhancement.

• Create and execute strategic plans aimed at driving growth, retention, and profitability for commerce clients.

• Over 10 years of experience in commerce or e-commerce positions, demonstrating a successful track record of implementing effective growth strategies.
