Director, Cloud Product Management – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the product strategy, positioning, and roadmap for Cloud and Edge infrastructure in the LATAM region.

• Establish pricing, packaging, and commercial models tailored for a partner-led, channel-driven B2B sales approach.

• Lead the go-to-market strategy for Cloud and develop the mechanisms required for scaling it effectively.

• Provide Sales and Pre-Sales teams with essential resources such as positioning materials, battlecards, and partner onboarding documentation.

• Manage Cloud KPIs, including revenue and margin, win rate, partner-sourced pipeline, and adoption metrics.

• Serve as the primary owner of the Cloud product and its commercial outcomes within the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or commercial oversight of cloud, edge, infrastructure, bare metal, or data-center products.

• Proven track record in managing pricing, packaging, and commercial strategies for an infrastructure product distributed through partner or channel operations.

• Practical experience in developing or scaling a go-to-market strategy, including partnerships with channel integrators, VARs, MSPs, and resellers, along with enablement and co-selling efforts.

• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capabilities, comfortable with ownership of revenue, margin, win rate, and pipeline metrics.

• In-depth knowledge of the LATAM market, including regulatory, competitive, and buyer dynamics across Brazil and Spanish-speaking countries.

• Proficient in English and either Spanish or Portuguese, capable of conducting product and partner discussions fluently in the region.

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
