Director, Clinician Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Develops and implements a multi-year strategy for clinician experience across various clinical roles (RN, PCT, SW, RD).

• Evaluates turnover, engagement, and exit data to pinpoint systemic challenges and create targeted solutions.

• Collaborates with senior leadership to align clinician experience projects with the strategic objectives of the Village.

• Directs high-impact initiatives aimed at enhancing retention and economic mobility.

• Oversees efforts to standardize key roles within facilities to ensure clarity of roles, job satisfaction, and adherence to top-of-license practices.

• Manages the expansion and implementation of new clinical engagement programs, awards, and recognition initiatives.

• Works in conjunction with People Services, Clinical Enterprise, Operations, and IT to promote workflow enhancements and technology solutions (including AI integration and automation).

• Establishes and sustains continuous feedback mechanisms.

• Guarantees that frontline input directly influences corporate policies, tools, and training approaches.

• Effectively communicates clinician insights and program results to executive stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• A Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred.

• 6 to 8+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical leadership, teammate/employee experience, or organizational development.

• An active clinical license (RN, RD, or MSW) is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has extensive operational expertise in the dialysis/clinical environment.

• Demonstrated history of managing complex, large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
