Director, Clinical Operations – Lung Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the execution of global clinical trials within the 4DMT lung portfolio.

• Accountable for delivering clinical programs that align with corporate timelines, budgetary constraints, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Lead both internal Clinical Operations teams and external partners/CROs.

• Collaborate with external teams to ensure efficient, high-quality, and inspection-ready execution of Phase 1–3 clinical studies.

• Act as a key cross-functional leader and a subject matter expert in Clinical Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• B.S./B.A. in Life Sciences or a related field.

• An advanced degree (M.S./M.A., MPH, MHS, MBA) is preferred.

• A B.A./B.S. with over 10 years of relevant industry experience in Clinical Operations within drug development, or an advanced degree with at least 6 years of experience in both early (Phase 1 or 2) and/or late-stage (Phase 3) trials.

• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership position with at least 3 years of direct line management experience.

• Relevant experience in executing clinical trials across all phases.
