Director, Clinical Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee Clinical Operations responsibilities in designated ASCs within a specific geographic area.

• Integral member of the Quality team.

• Takes charge of planning and implementing Quality initiatives at each center.

• Advocates for patient safety and ensures compliance with relevant CMS and State regulations as well as accreditation standards.

• Serves as a consultant and expert in clinical quality matters.

• Implements AMSURG clinical strategies and best practices at the site level for the assigned centers.

• Executes and oversees all Clinical Quality plans within the center.

• Manages the review and sanctioning of corporate and clinical policies and procedures at the center level.

• Addresses concerns from physician partners and other providers related to clinical quality services or patient care as necessary.

• Possesses a deep understanding of partners and markets to provide value by engaging in the centers’ business planning processes concerning Clinical Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

• RN or APRN with over 5 years of progressive experience in perioperative management.

• Prior experience in ASC/outpatient surgery management is highly preferred.

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Proven ability to bring exceptional business insight and creativity to the operation and management of healthcare facilities.

• Demonstrated capability to excel as a vital member of a highly motivated and cohesive management team.

• Proven track record of establishing and maintaining a robust operating framework in a service-oriented environment that supports company growth.
