This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee and lead the Client Sales team for the Central Region.
β’ Strategize and manage staffing, training, and performance assessments to enhance the Client Sales team and their assigned territory.
β’ Formulate and implement strategies for rapid add-on sales development.
β’ Clearly communicate the value proposition of products and services to convert potential clients.
β’ Negotiate and finalize deals while effectively addressing objections.
β’ Support the Client Sales Team in securing new business.
β’ Travel to engage with prospective clients.
β’ Represent the company at trade shows and conferences, and travel to visit existing clients as necessary.
β’ Proven experience in leading and developing teams of 5 or more, along with managing team quotas.
β’ Track record of success in sales, prospecting, and establishing new business pipelines with financial institutions and/or online banking.
β’ High ethical standards and a strong drive for success.
β’ Experience in closing deals.
β’ Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels, including C-suite executives.
β’ Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
β’ More than 5 years of experience carrying or directly supporting a sales quota.
β’ Must exhibit a strong sense of urgency and accountability in generating new sales.
β’ Capability to provide examples of understanding technical products or solutions.
β’ Proficient in analyzing, assessing, and addressing the needs of prospects in relation to our products and services.
