This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main client liaison for a range of Medical Affairs / Medical Education projects, guaranteeing an exceptional client experience from the planning phase to delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Project Delivery and Scientific Partners to ensure alignment on scope, scientific strategy, timelines, and resources, enabling the fulfillment of client deliverables.
• Lead account strategy and identify expansion opportunities within current relationships, working together with internal teams to develop solutions that fulfill client goals.
• Assist in creating compliant medical engagement activities (such as educational programs and scientific exchanges) by coordinating inputs and aligning stakeholders.
• Conduct regular client meetings, status updates, and resolution of issues, escalating risks and decisions as necessary.
• Manage the financial health of accounts (forecasting, budgets, and profitability) in collaboration with internal leadership; ensure accurate reporting of activities and CRM documentation.
• Contribute to quarterly business reviews and take part in proposals and pitches for new projects aligned with business development goals.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture by mentoring colleagues and exemplifying Reverba values and client-focused leadership.
• Ensure that all work is delivered in compliance with relevant expectations and procurement standards, collaborating with internal experts as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Science (mandatory).
• At least 7 years of experience in a medical education agency or a related medical communications/medical affairs role, demonstrating progressive account leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing Medical Affairs/Medical Education accounts and programs (such as KOL engagement, advisory boards/steering committees, and scientific education initiatives) within a regulated healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management for complex programs; experience in developing scopes, staffing plans, and change controls.
• Proficient in using CRM tools for managing pipeline, forecasting, and reporting account activities; dedicated to data accuracy and process compliance.
• Exceptional client-facing communication and presentation abilities across various audiences, including senior medical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities; adept at utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate performance and enhance the client experience to facilitate retention and growth.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and complex stakeholders in a fast-paced environment while adhering to tight deadlines.
• High level of integrity and sound judgment; commitment to ethical practices, compliance, and quality standards.
