This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Take full ownership of the renewal and expansion performance for managed services, ensuring outstanding net revenue retention and minimizing churn.
β’ Create and execute well-structured playbooks for renewals and expansions, emphasizing value realization and outcome-driven strategies.
β’ Propel upselling and cross-selling initiatives closely linked to client adoption, growth strategies, and alignment at the executive level.
β’ Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing client management team dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences.
β’ Build long-lasting trusted relationships with clients through effective stakeholder engagement and proactive risk management.
β’ Collaborate across functions to ensure customer strategies align with internal delivery, product, and financial objectives.
β’ Undertake additional responsibilities as required to fulfill the objectives of this role.
β’ Demonstrated success in driving renewals, expansions, and net revenue retention within IT managed services or SaaS sectors.
β’ Proven experience in managing strategic enterprise accounts and fostering strong relationships at the C-level.
β’ Strong leadership abilities with prior experience in developing and mentoring account management or client success teams.
β’ In-depth knowledge of revenue growth strategies, value-oriented client engagement, and adoption-focused initiatives.
β’ Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills in a dynamic, global business setting.
β’ Capability to work collaboratively across various departments and engage with multiple stakeholders.
β’ Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Technology, or a related discipline.
