This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• A dynamic leader focused on account growth who will achieve double-digit year-over-year growth at one or more key accounts.
• Will position Nagarro as the strategic partner for AI transformation among CXOs.
• Will methodically enhance the depth and breadth of engagements.
• Increase the assigned portfolio by over 15% year-over-year.
• Meet revenue objectives, in collaboration with the account's Custodian of Client Success, through strategic account planning, shaping the CXO agenda, engaging with procurement, and working alongside Nagarro to identify and promote expanded offerings.
• Establish and uphold a significant presence for AI in the managed account(s) in collaboration with AI for Change advisors and capability leads.
• Secure public testimonials and references from clients regarding the quality of Nagarro's services.
• Possesses a minimum of 5 years in key account leadership or similar focused experience managing a 20+ million account for a reputable professional services firm, demonstrating a strong track record in account expansion.
• Able to engage with client CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business leaders credibly and foster warm relationships.
• Exhibits AI fluency within an industry context - Capable of leading value-driven conversations about AI transformation in at least one sector.
• Skilled in deal shaping and commercial acumen - Able to construct and defend a compelling business case.
• Comfortable navigating procurement and legal negotiations.
• A collaborative operator - Works effectively with engineering and capability teams, gaining their trust and support.
• Maintains a low ego while demonstrating high accountability.
