Director – Client Growth Partner, IT Consulting, Retail & CPG

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• A dynamic leader in account growth who will achieve double-digit year-over-year growth at one or more significant accounts.

• Will position Nagarro as the strategic partner for AI transformation among CXOs.

• Will methodically broaden and deepen the engagement.

• Increase the assigned portfolio by over 15% year-over-year.

• Meet revenue objectives in collaboration with the account's Custodian of Client Success through structured account planning, influencing the CXO agenda, engaging with procurement, and partnering within Nagarro to identify and promote expanded offerings.

• Establish and sustain a "seat at the top table for AI" within the managed account(s) alongside AI for Change advisors and capability leaders.

• Obtain public testimonials and references from clients regarding the quality of Nagarro's services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in key account management or a similar role, managing a $20+ million account for a reputable professional services firm with a proven track record in account expansion.

• Ability to engage effectively with client CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business leaders, building strong relationships.

• Possesses AI fluency within an industry context - can lead a value-driven discussion about AI transformation in at least one sector.

• Strong deal shaping and commercial insight - able to construct and defend a business case.

• Comfortable navigating procurement and legal negotiations.

• Collaborative team player - works effectively with engineering and capability teams, earning their trust and support.

• Low ego and high accountability.
