Director – Client Growth Partner, IT Consulting, Retail & CPG

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• A dynamic leader focused on account growth who will achieve double-digit year-over-year expansion at one or more major accounts.

• Will position Nagarro as a strategic partner for AI transformation with CXOs.

• Will systematically enhance the scope and depth of client engagement.

• Increase the assigned portfolio by over 15% year-on-year.

• Meet revenue objectives in collaboration with the account's Custodian of Client Success through structured account planning, influencing the CXO agenda, liaising with procurement, and working with Nagarro teams to identify and promote expanded offerings.

• Secure and uphold a significant presence in the "top table for AI" within the managed accounts, partnering with AI for Change advisors and capability leaders.

• Obtain public testimonials and endorsements from clients regarding the quality of Nagarro's services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses a minimum of 5 years of experience in key account leadership or a similar role, managing a 20+ million account for a reputable professional services firm with a proven record of account expansion.

• Able to engage credibly with client CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business leaders, fostering positive relationships.

• Demonstrates AI fluency within an industry context – capable of leading value-driven discussions about AI transformation in at least one vertical.

• Skilled in deal shaping and possesses strong commercial acumen – able to construct and defend a business case effectively.

• Comfortable handling procurement and legal negotiations.

• A collaborative team player – works effectively with engineering and capability teams, earning their trust and support.

• Exhibits low ego and high accountability.
