Director – Client Growth Partner, IT Consulting, Retail & CPG

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• A dynamic leader focused on driving significant account growth, aiming for double-digit year-over-year expansion at one or more key accounts.

• Position Nagarro as the strategic partner for AI transformation among CXOs.

• Methodically broaden and deepen engagement with clients.

• Achieve a growth rate of 15% or more year-over-year for the assigned portfolio.

• Meet revenue targets alongside the account's Custodian of Client Success through organized account planning, shaping the CXO agenda, collaborating with procurement, and working within Nagarro to identify and promote expanded offerings.

• Secure and uphold a "seat at the top table for AI" within the managed account(s) by partnering with AI for Change advisors and capability leaders.

• Obtain public testimonials and references from clients regarding the quality of Nagarro's services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in key account leadership or a similar focused role, managing a 20+ million account for a reputable professional services firm with a proven record of account expansion.

• Ability to engage client CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business leaders credibly, fostering strong relationships.

• Fluency in AI within an industry context - Capable of engaging in value-driven discussions about AI transformation in at least one sector.

• Proficient in deal shaping and possessing strong commercial acumen - Able to construct and defend a compelling business case.

• Comfortable navigating procurement and legal negotiations.

• A collaborative operator who works effectively with engineering and capability teams, gaining their trust and support.

• Exhibits low ego and high accountability.
