This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• A dynamic leader focused on account growth who will achieve double-digit year-over-year growth at one or more major accounts.
• Will establish Nagarro as the strategic partner for AI transformation with CXOs.
• Will systematically enhance both the breadth and depth of the engagement.
• Increase the assigned portfolio by over 15% year-over-year.
• Meet revenue goals in collaboration with the account's Custodian of Client Success through structured account planning, influencing the CXO agenda, engaging with procurement, and collaborating within Nagarro to identify and promote expanded offerings.
• Create and sustain a prominent "seat at the top table for AI" in the managed account(s) alongside AI for Change advisors and capability leaders.
• Obtain public testimonials and references from clients regarding the quality of Nagarro's services.
• Minimum of 5 years of key account leadership or related experience managing a $20+ million account for a reputable professional services firm with a proven track record in account expansion.
• Ability to engage effectively with client CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business leaders, fostering warm relationships.
• Fluency in AI within an industry context - Capable of leading value-driven discussions about AI transformation in at least one sector.
• Expertise in deal structuring and commercial acumen - Able to create and justify a business case.
• Proficient in procurement and legal negotiations.
• Collaborative team player - Works effectively with engineering and capability teams, earning their trust and support.
• Low ego with high accountability.
