This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the client engagement team while establishing clear performance expectations and accountability.
• Develop scalable team infrastructure, operating rhythms, KPI frameworks, CRM utilization, and performance review processes.
• Recruit, nurture, and retain a high-performing client engagement team, creating growth pathways for team members.
• Act as the escalation point for complex client issues, coordinating resolutions with senior leaders and executives.
• Ensure exceptional onboarding experiences for complex or strategic client relationships.
• Create annual engagement plans for top-tier clients, encompassing cross-selling, retention, and contribution objectives.
• Manage cross-functional transitions from prospecting through onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
• Maintain a multi-quarter plan for enhancing the client experience.
• Analyze client needs patterns to guide product development, service design, and organizational priorities.
• Advocate for the client perspective in strategic discussions impacting marketing, business development, and product decisions.
• Collaborate with teams across Business Development, Marketing, Legal/Compliance, Investments, and Operations.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and client-facing special projects.
• Report directly to the Chief Growth & Impact Officer.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience engaging with institutional, UHNW, or family-office clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience in hiring, developing, and managing client-facing teams.
• Strong understanding of public and private market investment terminology and concepts.
• Extensive background in impact investing and/or values-aligned investment strategies.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex stakeholder relationships and coordinating multi-party deliverables.
• Ability to engage credibly with investment professionals and clients on impact and investing matters.
• Experience in fostering relationships across institutional and private-investor ecosystems.
• Proven track record in setting and achieving cross-selling, retention, and expansion goals.
• Expertise in designing and scaling client-facing operational infrastructure, KPI frameworks, CRM systems, and performance rhythms.
• Capability to analyze client data and insights effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust with sophisticated clients.
• Proficient in creating and delivering presentations tailored to specific audiences.
• Skilled in developing a sense of urgency around processing and response timelines.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Proficient with cloud-based collaboration tools such as Box and Asana.
• Experience working in a virtual environment.
• Strong knowledge and enthusiasm for utilizing investing to generate social or environmental impact.
