This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Collaborate with essential external partners, including C-suite executives, to enhance and nurture Capital One Shopping.
• Integrate the products and services of Capital One Ad Solutions with our merchant partners.
• Utilize data and analytical techniques to optimize and expand your portfolio of business.
• Educate, assist, and train agencies, industry collaborators, and other stakeholders on Capital One Ad Solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Revenue Management, and other key stakeholders to propel our business forward.
• Develop a pipeline of enterprise accounts and manage a wide array of enterprise relationships; a proven capacity to influence and forge consensus across various teams.
• Design and present executive-level presentations and materials.
• Travel for on-site merchant visits and/or industry conferences.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in strategic client-facing sales or account management roles.
• At least 8 years of experience in reviewing or analyzing data.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Over 10 years of experience in affiliate, enterprise sales, or performance marketing.
• More than 8 years of experience leading high-performing sales teams.
• Proven history of managing, selling, and nurturing relationships with Strategic Merchants.
• Experience in managing technical sales and integrations.
• Demonstrated success in selling and managing merchants on advanced advertising platforms.
• Strong data analysis, analytical, and communication skills.
