This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• The Partnership Success Director oversees daily client operations and is responsible for planning, developing, and executing policies, objectives, and initiatives related to acute or physician revenue cycle activities.
• This position builds and maintains client relationships, guiding and directing operations to ensure consistent delivery of results.
• The Director conveys the organization’s values and exemplifies positive leadership to all team members, holding accountability for meeting client performance expectations.
• The role manages less than $1B in net revenue or fewer than 5 facilities under management.
• The Director articulates plans that include client deliverables, timelines, outcomes, and actions, while also monitoring bad debt and implementing process enhancements in key areas.
• Identifies deficiencies in client support or performance and suggests solutions for improvement.
• Cultivates relationships and fosters organizational alignment, influences decisions, and engages on-site operational teams to achieve results.
• Participates in and leads program-level meetings with stakeholders, collaborating closely with CFOs and client leadership to assist with analysis, reporting, and service line development.
• Serves as a revenue cycle expert, ensuring timely communication about changes in payer policies, contracts, regulatory updates, and compliance requirements.
• Aids client leadership in comprehending revenue cycle processes, metrics, tools, and reports.
• Facilitates monthly client meetings to assess operational performance, strategic initiatives, partnership opportunities, and escalated support needs.
• Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading healthcare revenue cycle in complex, client-facing settings
• Demonstrated capability to forge relationships and ensure organizational alignment, influence decisions, engage on-site operational teams, and drive results.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in people leadership
• Proven ability to lead and influence multi-level teams in both onsite and matrixed environments
• Excellent executive-level communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Experience collaborating directly with client executives and Boards
• Capacity to lead initiatives with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated advanced proficiency in AI and managing teams that utilize AI for process and technological enhancements, including exploration, experimentation, and application of AI
• Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time.
