This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Tasked with initiating contact with potential clients to identify their needs for Medical Billing & Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management services, which include Coding, Billing, Payment Posting, AR & Denial Management services, Patient Payment solutions, and RCM Analytics.
• Manage client delivery and onboarding relationships, ensuring adherence to contractual requirements and performance standards.
• Evaluate performance metrics to monitor and report on CBO efficiency, pinpointing areas of risk and opportunities for process improvement.
• Conduct regular assessments and meetings with center leaders and CBO operations to review performance metrics, address challenges, and promote ongoing enhancement.
• Work closely with the Sr. Director of Third Party to support the strategic consolidation of third-party vendors as necessary, guided by performance analysis and company objectives, thereby optimizing our revenue cycle management.
• Build strong partnerships with surgery center administrators, CBO operations, and AMSURG leadership to ensure cohesive revenue cycle strategies.
• Act as a subject matter expert in revenue cycle management, providing guidance and strategic insights to internal stakeholders, operations leadership, surgery center administrators, and surgeon partners.
• Proven experience as a leader in Revenue Cycle Management, particularly in system conversions and process enhancement.
• Exceptional capability to engage with and present to potential clients utilizing effective selling and persuasion techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors within a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Viewgol.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the capacity to drive change and cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Comprehensive understanding of Medicare/Medicaid and other government payors, in addition to commercial insurers and specialty contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree focused on finance, accounting, or healthcare administration is required. A graduate degree is preferred. If a candidate holds an MS or MA Graduate Degree in a related field, a prior experience of 6-8 years in people management and/or healthcare operations or revenue cycle is acceptable. A minimum of 8-10 years of management experience in practice administration, client services, third-party billing, or healthcare reimbursement is mandatory.
