This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee the development and coordination of the enterprise capital plan involving demand, real estate, power, supply chain, and delivery teams.
• Conduct portfolio-level evaluations regarding capital timing, prioritization, and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with leaders from various functions to validate assumptions, identify risks, and enhance visibility into capital drivers and execution impacts.
• Create capital planning documentation for executive leadership, governance forums, and decision-making entities.
• Enhance governance in capital planning, ensuring data integrity, analytical consistency, and alignment between project requests and enterprise initiatives.
• Lead scenario-based evaluations for capital deployment decisions amid evolving conditions and limitations.
• Foster the development and mentoring of team members while establishing scalable standards, processes, and governance practices.
• Convert complex capital data into actionable insights that support enterprise planning and investment decisions.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in capital planning, development finance, strategic planning, portfolio analytics, or related fields.
• Experience facilitating executive decision-making, governance processes, and cross-functional planning in a capital-intensive setting.
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in financial modeling.
• Proficiency in synthesizing complex information into clear business recommendations.
• Proven leadership skills, including team management, influencing across matrixed organizations, or establishing new planning practices.
• Experience in data center development, real estate, infrastructure, energy, or other asset-heavy industries.
• Familiarity with integrated business planning, capital governance frameworks, and multi-year portfolio strategies.
• Capability to assess capital decisions through a strategic, risk-adjusted, and enterprise value perspective.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, harmonize competing priorities, and drive decisions within highly matrixed teams.
• Talent for developing scalable processes, enhancing governance, and increasing analytical rigor.
