Director Capital Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Providing conceptual and technical consulting on Capital Markets, Trading, Treasury, Regulatory & Compliance, and other pertinent capital markets matters.

• Overseeing and managing high-demand projects, including areas such as Blockchain, Digital Assets, Sustainable Finance, and ESG.

• Developing, leading, and enhancing consultant and project teams.

• Taking responsibility for business development initiatives: identifying new market prospects, securing consulting mandates, and nurturing existing client relationships.

• Advancing the service portfolio and actively contributing to the strategic direction of the consulting division.

• Representing the organization at industry conferences, sector events, and in expert forums.

⛳️ Requirements

• A successfully completed university degree (e.g., Economics, Finance, STEM) with excellent academic performance.

• Several years of leadership experience in consulting or the financial sector—preferably with expertise in at least one of the following areas: Capital Markets, Trading, Treasury, or Regulatory.

• Strong analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a confident presence at the C-level.

• Experience in team building and leadership, as well as managing complex transformation projects.

• An entrepreneurial mindset, readiness to influence outcomes, and a robust professional network.

• Willingness to travel within Germany.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
