Director, Campaign Excellence

📋 Description

• Propel growth in designated markets by offering strategic guidance to TVPs, Executive Directors, and campaign personnel.

• Empower markets to execute top-notch, mission-driven initiatives.

• Oversee detailed, market-specific strategic planning efforts.

• Collaborate with Executive Directors and regional teams to identify, nurture, and maintain relationships with leadership, donors, and participants.

• Provide expert insights into expansion dynamics, trends in campaign development, and constituent behaviors.

• Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with high-impact partners, sponsors, and volunteer leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience.

• Ability to engage with a diverse range of leadership styles.

• Capacity to think both strategically and in detail.
