Director, Business Technology Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop a strategy and implement a detailed 18-month roadmap for sales and marketing technology stacks.

• Lead cross-department initiatives using an Agile methodology to enhance the entire lead-to-cash process.

• Design and refine a complex Salesforce environment encompassing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

• Manage the integrations between Salesforce and essential business systems such as ERP, marketing automation, CPQ, and billing platforms.

• Supervise the complete marketing technology ecosystem, including marketing automation platforms like Marketo and HubSpot.

• Act as the primary technology advisor to Vice Presidents and C-suite executives regarding all sales and marketing technology decisions.

• Guide and mentor a team of 6-8 technical professionals, including Salesforce administrators, data analysts, and marketing operations specialists.

• Propel agile project management practices to deliver technology solutions more swiftly than industry standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or other pertinent certifications.

• Over 7 years of practical Salesforce experience with various certifications, including Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and at least one specialist certification (Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Platform App Builder).

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud implementations.

• Background in rapidly growing SaaS or technology companies with intricate sales cycles.

• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance frameworks.
