• Take ownership of the long-term vision and roadmap for Armada’s enterprise application suite (including ERP/Finance, CRM & GTM stack, HRIS, and related tools for billing, procurement, support, and business operations).
• Manage Business Systems as a product: set outcomes, prioritize effectively, and achieve measurable enhancements in cycle time, data quality, and user experience.
• Ensure that system design facilitates clear, auditable processes while minimizing operational overhead.
• Define and oversee the integration of systems—APIs, iPaaS, middleware, data warehouse/lakehouse formats, and master data management.
• Collaborate with data and engineering teams to ensure reliable reporting and analytics, with precise definitions for key objects (customer, product, asset, subscription, employee, etc.).
• Spot opportunities to eliminate manual tasks through automation (workflows, orchestration, document processing, approvals, self-service).
• Where applicable, enable AI-enhanced internal workflows (e.g., routing, summarization, exception handling, reconciliation support, employee self-service), while upholding stringent security and governance standards.
• Establish the operational framework: intake, prioritization, documentation standards, testing, release/change management, training, and post-launch support.
• Manage system controls: role-based access, audit trails, segregation of duties, and data protection practices.
• Collaborate with security and compliance stakeholders to facilitate audits and ensure future readiness (e.g., SOC 2 / SOX-aligned controls as necessary).
• Oversee vendor relationships, contract renewals, tool rationalization, and licensing strategies.
• Make cost-effective platform choices without compromising scalability or security.
• Build and lead a high-impact Business Systems team.
• Mentor and develop the team, set clear expectations, and foster a culture of strong ownership, collaboration, and pragmatic execution.
• 10+ years of experience in Business Systems, Enterprise Applications, or related fields with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Proven experience in owning and scaling core systems across various functions (Finance, GTM, People, Operations).
• Strong practical knowledge of enterprise platforms such as CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ERP/Finance (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle), HRIS/ATS (e.g., Workday, Rippling, Greenhouse).
• Demonstrated success in delivering cross-functional programs: implementations, integrations, process redesigns, and rapid adoption.
• Solid understanding of integration and data fluency (APIs, iPaaS like Workato/Boomi/MuleSoft, data quality concepts, reporting requirements).
• Strong change management skills: able to engage stakeholders, drive adoption, and cultivate sustainable operating habits.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills—capable of bridging the gap between business outcomes and technical execution.
• Competitive base salary and equity.
• Medical, dental, and vision coverage (subsidized cost).
• Health savings accounts (HSA), flexible spending accounts (FSA), and dependent care FSAs (DCFSA).
• Retirement plan options, including 401(k) and Roth 401(k).
• Unlimited paid time off (PTO).
• 14 paid company holidays each year.
