• Take charge of the multi-year vision and roadmap for Armada’s enterprise application ecosystem, including ERP/Finance, CRM & GTM stack, HRIS, and related tools for billing, procurement, support, and business operations.
• Manage Business Systems like a product: articulate outcomes, prioritize effectively, and deliver measurable enhancements in cycle time, data quality, and user experience.
• Ensure system design promotes clean, auditable processes and minimizes operational overhead.
• Define and oversee system connectivity—APIs, iPaaS, middleware, data warehouse/lakehouse patterns, and master data management.
• Collaborate with data and engineering teams to facilitate trustworthy reporting and analytics, establishing clear definitions for core entities (customer, product, asset, subscription, employee, etc.).
• Discover opportunities to eliminate manual tasks through automation (workflows, orchestration, document processing, approvals, self-service).
• Where suitable, enable AI-assisted internal workflows (e.g., routing, summarization, exception handling, reconciliation support, employee self-service), while ensuring robust security and governance.
• Establish the operating model: intake, prioritization, documentation standards, testing, release/change management, training, and post-launch support.
• Oversee system controls: role-based access, audit trails, segregation of duties, and data protection practices.
• Collaborate with security and compliance stakeholders to facilitate audits and future readiness (e.g., SOC 2 / SOX-aligned controls as necessary).
• Manage vendor relationships, contract renewals, tool rationalization, and licensing strategy.
• Promote cost-effective platform decisions without compromising scalability or security.
• Build and lead a high-impact Business Systems team.
• Mentor and develop the team, set clear expectations, and foster a culture of high ownership, strong collaboration, and pragmatic execution.
• 10+ years of experience in Business Systems, Enterprise Applications, or related roles with increasing scope and ownership.
• Proven experience in owning and scaling core systems across multiple functions (Finance, GTM, People, Operations).
• Strong practical knowledge of enterprise platforms such as: CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ERP/Finance (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle), HRIS/ATS (e.g., Workday, Rippling, Greenhouse).
• Demonstrated history of delivering cross-functional programs: implementations, integrations, process redesign, and rapid adoption.
• Solid integration and data fluency (APIs, iPaaS like Workato/Boomi/MuleSoft, data quality concepts, reporting needs).
• Strong change management instincts: capable of engaging stakeholders, driving adoption, and creating sustainable operational habits.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management—able to bridge the gap between business outcomes and technical implementation.
• Competitive base salary and equity
• Medical, dental, and vision (subsidized cost)
• Health savings accounts (HSA), flexible spending accounts (FSA), and dependent care FSAs (DCFSA)
• Retirement plan options, including 401(k) and Roth 401(k)
• Unlimited paid time off (PTO)
• 14 paid company holidays per year
