• Manages internal operations and provides support to the Head of Clinical Operations for the Americas.

• Offers leadership in financial and resource management.

• Promotes operational excellence by fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

• Assesses organizational health and monitors progress towards objectives.

• Acts as a representative of the Americas Clinical Operations team in global and cross-functional initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.

• Over 10 years of advancing experience in clinical operations within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO sectors.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in operational management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
