📋 Description

• Oversee a vital segment of our Business Services division as the Director, Business Services for Medicaid Operations.

• Influence the delivery of outstanding service and promote operational excellence.

• Establish robust partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Lead the creation and enhancement of top-tier delivery processes and outcomes.

• Review and authorize Medicaid rebate deliverables for clients.

• Guide, mentor, and nurture a high-achieving Medicaid operations team.

• Manage and expand strategic client partnerships.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector with Medicaid agreements.

• Demonstrated leadership experience with teams.

• Proven capability to lead through periods of change.

• Familiarity with Medicaid rebate systems.

• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy rate.

• Technical proficiency to comprehend foundational data structures.

• Experience in achieving and upholding compliance standards.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.

• Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time.
