This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Provides essential business and financial support to the Area.
• Proactively identify and spearhead opportunities that enhance margins and foster new owner creation.
• Establish the talent framework necessary for driving earnings while ensuring adequate administrative support.
• Oversee the formulation of annual operating plans alongside the development and evaluation of all compensation structures.
• Ensure the establishment of effective internal controls as well as adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
• Provide necessary support to senior management at the corporate level.
• Manage projects affecting all Area sites, coordinated by corporate financial analysis teams.
• Identify opportunities for value creation and develop timelines, deliverables, and metrics to ensure realization of that value.
• Lead the creation and deployment of management tools aimed at optimizing sales and operational efficiencies.
• Offer operational guidance, create suitable models, and prepare recommendations regarding business prospects.
• Define departmental vision and objectives in accordance with strategic goals.
• Clearly communicate strategies with measurable outcomes to leadership for both self and team.
• Ensure sufficient staffing levels are maintained to support administrative and operational functions.
• Collaborate extensively in the recruitment and identification of top talent for all positions.
• Develop a framework for effective goal setting and individual development plans.
• Implement succession planning for all critical roles.
• Encourage collaboration among Area, Business Unit, and corporate functions.
• Direct and oversee the individual site budget process and compensation development process for the designated Area.
• Actively partner with all levels to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in business is required; Accounting or Finance is strongly preferred.
• CPA or MBA is preferred but not essential.
• Familiarity with GAAP as well as financial and statistical analysis is necessary.
• Team management skills are essential.
• Must be self-driven, capable of managing multiple projects while aligning personal work style with team objectives at the Area, Business Unit, and corporate levels.
• Must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Effective communication and partnership skills across all levels of the organization are required.
• Must be decisive, able to provide senior management with clear pathways to achieve desired outcomes.
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel, is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive financial experience is necessary.
• Timeshare experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• At least 5 years of management experience is required.
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirement.
