This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
• Manage initiatives across all Finance & Tax and Forms business sectors within the Business Unit (BU).
• Direct initiatives aimed at enhancing company profitability and operational efficiencies.
• Serve as a liaison throughout the organization to ensure timely execution of tasks and transformative actions that optimize operations while reducing risk.
• Support the BU in developing operational processes and strategies, hiring, customer engagement, and executing special projects as required.
• Collaborate with the EVP/GM, Lines of Business, and Finance leadership on revenue strategies and key strategic and operational initiatives intended to improve and maximize revenue acquisition, retention, and growth.
• Establish objectives that align with the company’s business goals and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of our operations and related technology, such as Salesforce, CPQ, Replicon, ServiceNow, etc.
• Ensure successful implementation of new programs through teams by establishing a well-defined and efficient launch process.
• Promote continuous process improvement within sales and revenue functions.
• Lead a change management process to foster organizational understanding of proposed changes and secure support from key leadership stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to define optimal performance metrics and performance management programs necessary for ensuring sales success.
• Align reporting, training, and incentive programs with performance management priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics is a plus.
• Over 10 years of experience in State and local Software Services implementation and support.
• More than 5 years of experience leading end-to-end projects that require both strategic and creative thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to influence and lead cross-functional teams and make effective and timely decisions.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders to identify needs and synthesize information into a strategic action plan.
• Experience with project SOW, pricing, and contract review and implementation.
• Proactive and creative problem-solving abilities, with strategic thinking skills to identify issues and recommend effective courses of action.
• Strong communication skills; adept at conveying complex information to a wide audience, including preparing executive-level documents and creating presentation materials for various levels of the organization.
• Results-oriented mentality, demonstrating a sense of urgency and driving issues to resolution.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Replicon, ServiceNow, CPQ, and Excel.
• An inherent drive to innovate and optimize the utilization of available resources.
• Comfort with adapting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid changes.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
