Director, Business Lead Development – Partners & Alliances

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Formulating and implementing the enterprise partner and alliance strategy to facilitate business development and enhance revenue growth.

• Recognizing, assessing, and integrating strategic partners that broaden market presence and create qualified opportunities.

• Establishing and nurturing executive-level relationships with technology providers, strategic partners, and industry associations.

• Overseeing the comprehensive management of strategic alliance programs and partner initiatives.

• Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, and business unit leaders to devise joint go-to-market strategies.

• Stimulating demand generation and pipeline expansion through partner-driven marketing campaigns, events, and business development efforts.

• Spotting opportunities to create joint solutions that meet customer requirements and establish competitive advantages.

• Ensuring partner solutions are in line with market demands and provide measurable value to customers.

• Keeping track of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging partnership opportunities.

• Creating key performance indicators (KPIs) and assessing the effectiveness of alliance programs.

• Offering strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership regarding partnership performance and market prospects.

• Identifying and executing process enhancements that improve partner engagement and operational efficiency.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of alliance initiatives and business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.

• Over 10 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, alliances, sales, or a similar leadership role within the BPO, technology, or services sectors.

• Proven track record in devising and executing partnership strategies that stimulate revenue growth and market expansion.

• Established ability to influence, negotiate, and cultivate executive-level relationships with strategic partners and enterprise stakeholders.

• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies with both internal and external partners.

• Capability to convert market data and business insights into actionable growth strategies.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and sway stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Experience in developing and monitoring KPIs to evaluate partnership success and business performance.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while juggling multiple strategic priorities.

• Strong collaborative skills with a knack for building consensus among Sales, Marketing, Product, and business leadership teams.
