This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the main Business Finance partner for the Productivity Solutions Division.
• Offer financial leadership and decision-making support to the Division GM/VP and team members.
• Collaborate with commercial, product, R&D, and functional leaders to enhance business performance, expand recurring revenue, and achieve profitable growth.
• Deliver financial guidance, challenge existing assumptions, and assist in operational decision-making across businesses located in diverse geographical areas.
• Lead the processes of financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Convert business drivers into actionable financial insights and recommendations.
• Support the growth of recurring revenue through strategies in pricing, customer acquisition, renewals, retention, software attachment, and optimization of customer lifetime value.
• Track business performance while identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Supervise business cases and financial analyses related to investments, product development, commercial initiatives, and portfolio decisions.
• Work in collaboration with the FP&A COE on planning, reporting, and analytics.
• Utilize data, automation, and AI-driven tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and decision-making support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience in supporting software, SaaS, automation, digital, or other technology-driven businesses within a complex global organization.
• In-depth understanding of software business models, including recurring revenue, subscription economics, customer retention, pricing strategies, cloud delivery models, and product lifecycle management.
• Proven track record of partnering with senior business leaders to shape strategies, assess investments, optimize resource allocations, and achieve profitable growth.
• Experience in leading financial planning, forecasting, business performance management, and providing executive decision support in a matrixed global environment.
• Demonstrated capability to leverage digital technologies, automation, AI, and advanced analytics.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to distill complex business challenges into clear and actionable recommendations.
• Ability to function effectively within a matrixed Finance structure.
• Exceptional influencing and business-partnership skills across global and cross-functional organizations.
• MBA, CPA, or another equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
