Director, Business Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the Finance Business Partner to the Chief Commercial Officer and a trusted advisor to C-suite executives.

• Enhance go-to-market strategies, sales efforts, and revenue-generating activities.

• Offer decision-making support regarding the effects of sales and partnership decisions on the P&L.

• Perform financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting related to sales and market initiatives.

• Create financial models to inform strategic decisions and additional investments.

• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to evaluate the impact of incentives, promotions, and pricing adjustments on revenue.

• Manage monthly and quarterly forecasting, reporting, and budget oversight.

• Examine financial outcomes and relay significant insights to internal stakeholders.

• Assist in business planning and contribute to setting team targets and OKRs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).

• Preferred background in a public company and/or marketplace setting.

• Experience collaborating with Business Development and Sales teams.

• Proficient in financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel and G-Suite.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to convert financial analyses into clear and actionable recommendations.

• Proactive in leveraging AI tools to enhance processes and provide impactful insights.
