This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Recruit, train, and oversee a high-achieving team of regional Business Development Representatives.
• Create, standardize, and enhance playbooks for Business Development Representatives aimed at securing high-value new consignors.
• Formulate scalable strategies to sustain the existing consignor base.
• Evaluate and sanction strategic event concepts and collaborations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to synchronize local events and partnerships.
• Over 7 years of professional experience.
• A minimum of 4 years in a management or leadership capacity.
• Background in luxury fashion, premium resale, VIP concierge, or high-end sales/account management.
• Demonstrated success in scaling a business unit, managing regional budgets, and achieving ambitious supply and growth targets.
• Openness to travel to various markets (approximately 30%).
