This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement outbound prospecting strategies utilizing cold outreach, LinkedIn, intent-based campaigns, and event-driven sequences.
• Create and enhance multi-touch, persona-specific outreach playbooks aimed at enterprise buyers including CISOs, CIOs, and security operations teams.
• Take ownership of SQL targets and ensure the team adheres to activity, conversion, and quality metrics.
• Utilize buying signals, technographic data, firmographic insights, and account prioritization frameworks to tailor outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team for campaign alignment, managing marketing qualified accounts, and establishing feedback loops.
• Work closely with Sales Executives to guarantee seamless handoffs and robust alignment.
• Evaluate funnel metrics, extract insights, and deliver weekly dashboards to Sales leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of BDRs to surpass quotas.
• Set performance standards, ramp plans, and career development paths.
• Conduct 1:1 meetings, call reviews, messaging workshops, and coaching sessions.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain high-quality BDR talent.
• Take charge of outbound conversion performance concerning engagement, meeting conversion, SQL creation, and pipeline quality.
• Design signal-driven prospecting workflows using intent data, engagement signals, and buying triggers.
• Automate low-value tasks to allow representatives to concentrate on impactful conversations.
• Collaborate with RevOps on data hygiene, attribution, and sales technology implementation.
• Monitor emerging AI capabilities in sales and adapt team tools and methodologies accordingly.
• Create repeatable methodologies for transforming intent-rich accounts into qualified enterprise conversations.
• Over 5 years of experience leading BDR/SDR teams.
• Minimum of 2 years in a Manager/Director-level or advanced sales development leadership position.
• Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or surpassing team SQL and/or pipeline generation goals.
• Extensive experience in leading BDR teams that sell complex cybersecurity solutions to large enterprise accounts.
• Proven success in converting intent signals, buying triggers, and engaged target accounts into SQLs within enterprise sales contexts.
• Capability to enhance prospecting conversion rates through coaching, message development, account strategy, and signal-based outreach.
• Practical knowledge of sales engagement platforms like Outreach and Salesloft.
• CRM experience; Salesforce is preferred.
• Familiarity with dialers such as Orum.
• Experience with intent data tools like 6sense and Demandbase.
• Knowledge of AI-driven prospecting tools such as Clay.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create value-oriented email sequences, calling scripts, and conversation guidelines.
• Strong analytical abilities, including proficiency in SQL metrics, conversion analysis, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
• Highly organized with operational rigor and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and resourceful approach to establishing scalable systems.
• Ability to cultivate high-performing teams in a fast-paced, lean environment.
• Collaborative cross-functional partnership with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams.
