This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Operate within a designated territory to generate and qualify new leads and opportunities.
• Conduct research and devise a strategy for penetrating your assigned territory.
• Collaborate closely with marketing on go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
• Establish trusted relationships with potential customers, comprehend their needs, and recommend suitable Sitero solutions/products.
• Achieve and exceed your sales targets.
• Attend conferences and represent Sitero's Clinical and eClinical products.
• Propel customer expansion efforts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Recognize growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to enhance customer lifetime value.
• Assist in managing RFIs/RFPs, vendor qualifications, and audits for current accounts.
• Oversee all procurement activities including purchase orders, change orders, amendments, and MSA renewals.
• Manage the onboarding process for the customer base, ensuring a seamless and efficient implementation of Sitero by working closely with the implementation and delivery teams to maximize Sitero's impact and achieve undeniable operational results.
• Work collaboratively with various departments, such as sales, marketing, product management, delivery, and support, to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Collect formal customer feedback and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
• Escalate identified issues and facilitate their resolution to meet CSAT objectives.
• Responsible for client finances, including purchase orders.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for organic growth within the customer portfolio.
• Support service delivery concerning client budgets and invoices, particularly regarding issue resolution, including invoicing issues and contract overages.
• Accurately forecast bookings and revenue to ensure performance against financial targets within the CRM tool.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO), Life Sciences technology company, or Pharmaceutical/Biotech organization.
• Previous experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA), Clinical Trial Manager (CTM), or in Clinical Operations is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in outside Business Development, Account Management, or a related sales/commercial role is preferred.
• A 4-year degree from an accredited college is mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude. Highly organized, collaborative personality.
• Strong knowledge and experience with sales databases such as Salesforce, along with pipelining and cold calling to generate new business.
• Must be open to traveling up to 50% of the time.
